1. Evolution is a philosophy that the origin of life requires
miracles. It is a religion based on Atheism. It is a religion that contradicts
the two most basic laws of science. These two laws are referred to as the
First and Second Laws of Thermodynamics (energy transformation).
a. First Law- The Law of Energy Conservation- The total
amount of energy in the universe is constant. Energy can be transferred
and transformed, but cannot be created or destroyed. (gas in the car example).
b. Second Law- Entropy- is when we turn chemical energy
(gasoline) into kinetic energy (heat and motion). This form of energy becomes
more disordered. Much as a piece of steel rusts in an attempt to go back
into iron ore, coal, and limestone.
2. Evolution is an idea that is spread by academic peer
pressure.
- people teaching evolution will tell you that you are
dumb if you don’t believe it.
- Just ask your high school student how the teacher will
treat them when they question them on this topic.
3. Evolution has not been and can not be supported by scientific evidence.
4. DEFINITION: The general organic theory
of evolution- all living things have arisen by materialistic, naturalistic,
evolutionary process from a single source, which itself arose by a similar
process from a non-living world.
a. This is very important to know when someone asks the
question, “Do you believe in evolution?”
b. This is also known as Macro-Evolution, by many teachers
and professors.
5. DEFINITION: The special theory of evolution- describes
selective breeding and adaptation within a kind.
a. This is very important to know when someone asks the
question, “Do you believe in evolution?”
b. This is also known as Micro-Evolution or horizontal
variation, by many teachers and professors.
When someone asks the question, “Do you believe in evolution?” our first response should be WHAT KIND OF EVOLUTION?
c. Special evolution is proven and seen every day, all
around us. Example: When we give
Bluegrass special
characteristics to be drought resistant have a certain “blue” color, have
different sun or
shade tolerances through adaptive pollination the end product is still
grass.
There are over 200
varieties of bluegrass.
6. Many evolutionists use the special theory of evolution
to say adaptation within a kind “PROVES” the general organic theory of
evolution.
a. When someone has you come over to their house to show
you their fish turned into a bird then you can believe them.
b. There are no examples of changing kinds that can be
shown today by biologists, or in fossil records.
c. Gen.1: 12, 21, 24, 25, All were created after their
own kind. Our species is too specific.
d. Look at the obvious: Breeding types:
Retriever with a coyote = dog
Tiger with a lion = cat
Man with woman = human
Monkey with a monkey = monkey
7. Brilliant scientists are attempting to copy life (clone)
today. They are having great difficulty in copying it, what are the possibilities
it happened by blind chance?
8. One of the biggest problems between creation being
a part of Christianity and evolution being part of an atheist religion
is that evolution is being state supported by our tax dollars, by being
taught in our schools
Creation
1. Creation is how our universe began. Over view of Genesis 1:1-2:3.
2. Creation is a central fact of our faith: Gen.1: 1 ; John 1:1-3; Heb. 11:3, 6; Rev. 4:11.
3. Creation is a part of New Testament gospel preaching. Acts 14:15; 17:24-26.
4. Exodus 20:11 If in 6 days God created the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that is in them. What does that leave out that God did not create ?
5. If God allowed either Adam or Eve to come into existence through the evolutionary process, how do you explain the other one? It takes both male and female to create another human.
Conflicts between Creation and Evolution
A list compiled from the book: The Collapse of Evolution
by Scott Hughes.
The Bible
Evolution
1. God is the creator of all things.
1. Natural chance process can account for all things.
2.The world created in 6 literal days. 2. The world evolved over eons of time.
3. Creation is completed. (Gen. 2:3). 3. The Creative processes still continue.
4.The oceans (day 2) were created before land
4. Land was before Oceans.
(day 3).
5. The Atmosphere was between 2 hydro-spheres. 5. We have a contiguous atmosphere and hydrosphere.
6. The first life was on Land (day 3) 6. Life began in the oceans.
7. First life was plants (day 3) Gen. 1:11 7. Marine organisms evolved first.
8. Earth (day 3) was before sun and stars (day 4). 8.The sun and stars were before the earth.
9. Fruit trees (day 3) before fish ( day 5). 9. Fish before fruit trees
10. All stars made the 4th day. 10. Stars still being made today
11. Birds and fish created on 5th day. 11. Fish evolved hundreds of millions of years before birds.
12. Birds (day 5) before insects (day 6). 12. Insects before birds.
13. Great sea creatures (day 5) before reptiles
13. Reptiles before whales.
(day 6).
14. Man (day 6) before rain (Gen. 2: 5).
14. Rain before man.
First rain mentioned (Gen.
7: 4).
First rain seen (Gen.
7: 12).
15. Light (day 1) before the sun (day 4). 15. Sun before light.
16. Plants (day3) before sun (day 4). 16. Sun before plants.
17. Abundance and variety of marine life all at
17. Marine life gradually developed from a primitive
at once. (day 5).

Scientists separate living organisms by species, How did
God distinguish between living organisms in His creation?
According to Exodus 20:11 what did God leave for the evolutionary
process to take care of ? See Genesis 2: 1.
